The beauty of 8 Rounds boxing gym , our exercises are for everyone, all ages, and has so many health benefits - from building strength, muscle and resilient joints and tendons, to helping with pain management, arthritis, cardiovascular health, bone health, chronic disease and weight management. It can also help improve quality of sleep, boost energy and performance day to day and help improve your mood and mental health.

How old do I have to be to attend a 8 round boxing class?

You must be over the age of 18 to attend at 8 Rounds boxing gym.

Can I attend a class during pregnancy?

Accepted Answer

Congratulations! We have lots of women who are in class right up until their due date, however, we always recommend consulting your doctor before attending our classes.
Please make sure that you let our team at check-in know you are pregnant as well as your coach before the start of class so they can make any necessary modifications for you. We advise you to arrive 10 minutes ahead of class start time so we can set you up accordingly.

For our Strength classes, we require you to sign our prenatal consent form. These are available from reception.
