Why Choose Small Group Personal Training (SGPT)?

You can attend 1 to 3 small group personal training sessions a week. The numbers per group are limited to a maximum of six participants. This allows the trainer to give you the motivation and attention you require. All the exercises included are adaptable to your current abilities and level of fitness, this means you can be assured that the workout will be right for you. You’ll also get the benefit of having a fun workout with a group of like-minded individuals.
