
BOXING CLASSES
Class sizes are limited to 8 people, allowing for more focus from the coach. Each session includes 8 rounds of boxing and 4 rounds of conditioning, lifting, and sweating. Can you go the distance?
Please note that our strength sessions are not offered in our classes; they are only available through our monthly small group strength and conditioning packages.

Feel the buzz of our Jab on pads class! In our Partner Padwork Class, you’ll team up to work on combinations, timing, and movement. It’s the perfect way to build confidence, improve your reactions, and enjoy the unique energy of training with others. All levels welcome,Additionally, this activity helps burn a significant number of calories.

JAB ON PADS

Using the bag Learn to move your feet correctly in and out of range, practice long and short range attacking and defending and start to think about the bag as an opponent. This class will not be limited to the bag but be sure to use it within your main workout. Expect to work physically hard as well as improve your skills. Conditining work may include some weight training.
