
BOXING CLASSES

Using the bag Learn to move your feet correctly in and out of range, practice long and short range attacking and defending and start to think about the bag as an opponent. This class will not be limited to the bag but be sure to use it within your main workout. Expect to work physically hard as well as improve your skills.

This high-paced dual training class combines boxing skills with strength training. Set between rounds on the bag and the floor. We get our fix through throwing combos on the bag while lifting heavy metal on the floor.
